Germans can park their cars in an orderly fashion WITHOUTany lines. Why can't us Americans do the same -_- I was so surprised when I saw all these cars parked orderly with no "parking spots".
well actually it is written in the parking laws. some people can literally sue you because you parked way to arrogant. German cities depend on parking fees so they force drivers to take it seriously.
The lighter stones are the markings for where to park ;)
